I Bought Again Something I Do not Need

I went to the shop to buy food and other domestic stuff. I had strict budget and I made a promise to follow it because I often buy stuff I do not need. Alas I did it again. This time I had bought nude metal wall hangings for my living room. They are looking good and for sure the have high quality but still I have no need at all to buy them. Besides I already have wall decorations in the living room. It always happens like this – I don’t want to buy but when I see something nice I buy it.

Never Sports Again

Is there something more stupid on Earth than watching sports? My ex-boyfriend was keen sports fan. He had his entire schedule according to sport events. I mean there is no bad into watching sports but to plan your calendar a year ahead to match your favorite team plays is stupid. And she was dragging me into this too. I had to conform to his weird sport zeal. I am glad it is all over. I will never-ever again have anything to do with sports. I am even considering dropping my jogging because it reminds me of sport. For time being I swear I never to have such a stupid boyfriend.

Shopping and my Wife

My wife spends money like crazy. She buys things that have no purpose and have no real value. She does this only to buy. I think she loves the process of shopping no matter what she buys. Spending some time in the shopping centre meeting with her friends there – I don’t mind it, but I feel terrible since lately she had turned to internet shopping. She can buy dozens of stuff in half an hour. I had limited her to one thin per day only. Today she bought one sunshine metal sculpture. She has absolutely no use of it. We have boxes full with wall decorations in the garage. I wonder if there is a cure for this “shopping disease”?

Beauty and Future People

According to group of French scientists the future of the human race is “ugly”. They say people will mutate and their appearance will change. People will become deafer, they will become bolder. The skin will be darker and the nose the eyes and the teeth will shrink. The senses that we used to have as necessity for hunting will degrade. Muscle’s mass will be lesser the mouth will look like a frog’s mouth and so on. Those are only prognoses but imagine if this happens for real. I have no doubt people will still find beautiful ones amongst them but if we evolve like that I don’t want to live in the future.

My Bedroom Is All I Want

We were on a small trip to visit our relatives few days ago – me and my husband. Our car had broken in the middle of nowhere so we had to stop and spend a night in a motel. It was a ordinarily looking motel but when we entered the room I saw nude metal wall sculptures hanged on the wall. I think this was the most inappropriate wall decorations I can think of. It was not a big deal but it had not made me fell comfortable inside this room. To sleep in my bedroom was my only wish. I had to spend just few days not sleeping there and I had felt most uncomfortable. I love my bedroom. It is decorated with nice soothing landscape picture and it has the best bed in the world. I hate trips because I had to sleep at some place else.

Food Hygiene Helps Avoid Illnesses

costco food wrap

We all have children and they go to nursery or school, where they play with so many different children and can easily get ill with stomach infections. Hygiene is tremendously important in the prevention of many kinds of infections. When I speak of hygiene I mean both personal and public. But to start with our children we have to teach them to wash hands before and after meals, bath or shower at least once a day spicily when it is very hot, or after physical activities. The food we prepare for them for school must be wrapped good and placed in a clean packet.

Birds instead of Butterflies

I went shopping with the idea to have those lovely metal dragonfly wall sculptures I had targeted from a month. Then I saw newly just arrived whimsical birds wall art - a bit larger and more than a bit expensive, but even lovelier. What did I do then … I had bought the birds. I had spent most of the money intended for shopping but I was happier than buying dozens of other stuff. Maybe the next month they will have even prettier stuff there. I will check again just in case. But let it be no more expensive. I will be ruined if I have to make another expensive purchase.
