I desperately need to go to the gym. Not that I am fat and I must loose weight or something like this. Just the contrary, I have to make some muscles and to fit. I am in a very bad shape. Two hours ago I have to carry wrought iron scroll grille for a while. My wife had bought it and our car was parked few blocks away so I needed to carry it to there. At first it seemed not too heavy but after a hundred yards I started to feel it. I am no smoker I drink no alcohol and I have not visited my doctor for over a year but I had some real problems carrying this damn thing. I guess it is chair’s fault. I do nothing the whole day but sitting and working in my chair. I need some physical activity. I felt like a weakling and this is not a good feeling I can tell you this.

Children and the Games

There is a new serious threat to our children, a menace that can truly impact their life in a very bad way. I am talking about electronic games. Behavior deviances and many other problems are hidden behind this passion for gaming. Depressions, phobia, anxiety, bad grades at school all this can be caused by the psychological effects that games have upon child’s mind. And along with psychological damage gaming can cause spine problems because of the posture, can affect eyes and many other defects and problems caused by sedentary occupation in front of the screen. In fact I think virtual games are the greatest challenge we parents face when we educate our children.

This Time I Made a Good Choice for a Gift
I thing for a man a cowboy western metal art is a good gift. I need a present for my wife’s brother. I may buy him some cosmetics or golf stick or whatever else, but I think it is too banal to give such a present. I want him to remember me with something. We are in very good relations and I want my gift to be something special. This wall art seems to me the best idea. He is keen to rodeos, Indians, horses and all such kind of stuff. I believe this time I had chosen the right gift and I think even my wife should agree to this.

To Be a Celebrity May Not Be so Tempting

Everybody wants to be celebrity but I don’t want to. I want to have all the extra qualities that stars have. I want to have them but I don’t like all the fuss around the stars. To be a star is tempting but this means to have no private life. You must always hide from the curious paparazzi and to repel fans. You need to be always polite to the people even to those that are pestering you. You must always be careful not to say something that might turn against you in the future. I wanted to be an actress like Angelina Jolie and to have Brad Pit for husband but when I see how people treat the celebrities – no thanks I prefer ordinary life

Small Presents Are Fantastic Idea
I was new in town, fresh newcomer. I remember it was a bout a week since I had established in the new house and my neighbor came to visit me. It was unexpected because last city where I used to live I have rarely seen my neighbors and I even had forgotten their names. This time my neighbors were warm and friendly. They even gave me small welcome present - wrought iron grilles since I have little decorations in the house. At first this seemed to me strange but once I get to know them I had realized this is a fantastic idea. To give small presents to each other is interesting and makes my live happier.

Paper Bags Are Dangerous Garbage Too

Plastic bags are very no-friendly to the environment. That’s why I always use paper bags for everything. Paper decomposes much faster that the plastic and this way it pollutes less. Paper also is wood and wood is natural to the environment in difference to the artificial plastic. But as I saw in one movie called Garbage Mountain that the paper packages we throw away actually can not disappear in natural decay process in the dump yards, because of the lack of oxygen there. It appears no matter plastic or paper we still pollute the environment. Everything we throw away is dangerous to our planet.
